Refund & Cancellation Policy – Supreme Electronics

We aim to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully:

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before dispatch: Orders can be cancelled. If paid online, refund will be initiated after confirmation.

  • After dispatch: Cancellation may not be possible. If cancelled/returned after dispatch, shipping/handling charges may be deducted.

2. Returns / Replacement

Returns/replacement are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product received damaged (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear unboxing video/photos).

  • Product received is wrong / missing items (report within 24 hours).

  • Product is dead-on-arrival (DOA) or has manufacturing defect (as per brand policy; verification may be required).

Note: For many electronics/appliances, brands follow replacement/DOA policy instead of direct return. We will assist you in raising the request with the brand/service center.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items once installed/used cannot be returned unless DOA/verified defect.

  • Consumables, accessories, and items without original packaging may not be eligible.

4. Refund Timeline

  • If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (bank processing time may vary).

  • For COD orders (if any), refund is made via bank transfer after collecting customer bank details.
